Credit Card is the only form of payment accepted for the Mini MBA for In-house Counsel.
Payment for all other programs can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or check, provided that only credit card payments will be accepted for a program after the program's refund deadline.
Payments made for these programs cannot be applied to other ACC or ELC program dates.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be communicated in writing by email or by mail. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
For the May 7-9 (Los Angeles), 2013 Mini MBA for In-House Counsel program, full refunds will be issued for all cancellations received on or prior to March 19, 2013.
For cancellation notices received between March 20, 2013 and April 3, 2013, refunds minus a $500 administrative fee will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received on or after April 4, 2013.
Registration closes April 30, 2013.
For the June 4-6, 2013 Mini MBA for In-house Counsel program, full refunds will be issued for all cancellations received on or prior to April 16, 2013.
For cancellation notices received between April 17, 2013 and April 30, 2013, refunds minus a $500 administrative fee will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received on or after May 1, 2013.
Registration closes May 28, 2013.
For the September 17-19, 2013 Mini MBA for In-House Counsel program, full refunds will be issued for all cancellations received on or prior to July 30, 2013.
For cancellation notices received between July 31, 2013 and August 13, 2013, refunds minus a $500 administrative fee will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received on or after August 14, 2013.
Registration closes September 10, 2013.
For the September 24-25, 2013 Project Management program, full refunds will be issued for all cancellations received on or prior to August 6, 2013.
For cancellation notices received between August 7, 2013 and August 20, 2013, refunds minus a $500 administrative fee will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received on or after August 21, 2013.
Registration closes September 17, 2013.
For the October 1-3, 2013 Risk Management program, full refunds will be issued for all cancellations received on or prior to August 13, 2013.
For cancellation notices received between August 14, 2013 and August 27, 2013, refunds minus a $500 administrative fee will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received on or after August 28, 2013.
Registration closes September 24, 2013.
For the December 3-5, 2013 Mini MBA for In-House Counsel program, full refunds will be issued for all cancellations received on or prior to October 15, 2013.
For cancellation notices received between October 16, 2013 and October 29, 2013, refunds minus a $500 administrative fee will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received on or after October 30, 2013.
Registration closes November 26, 2013.
